From 2008 to 2010, he acted as Business Development Officer and Assistant Vice President for Fifth Third Bank in North Carolina, where he developed new business and helped increased revenues. From 2005 to 2007, Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio served as a Financial Specialist Officer for Wachovia Corporation, in which capacity he led a new branch of a financial sales center’s team to the number 1 ranking in loan and deposit production. Also in 2005, Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio took on a role as a Financial Analyst Intern at The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he worked 20 hours a week while attending Davidson College and managing full course load in his political science major. Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio graduated from Davidson in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts.
